** After completing your pre-closing "punch list", your home is warranted for one year after closing. This warranty is in place to replace or repair defective components or correct defects in construction including the electrical and mechanical components of your home. However, normal interior "wear and tear" items such as caulking, painting, light bulbs, changing filters, etc. is the responsibility of each individual homeowner.
